Replizer is a review management tool that assists businesses in generating replies to customer reviews and soliciting new reviews via QR codes. While we believe our platform provides significant value, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes including but not limited to increased star ratings, increased review volume, increased revenue, or improved customer sentiment. Results depend on many factors outside of Replizer's control, including the quality of your products and services, customer behavior, and platform algorithms.
2. Reply Content Responsibility
All replies generated by Replizer are suggestions that require your approval before being posted. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every reply before it is published. Replizer is not responsible for any consequences arising from replies you approve and post, including but not limited to customer complaints, legal claims, or platform policy violations. We strongly recommend reviewing every reply before approving it.
3. Third-Party Platform Relationships
Replizer, LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the review platforms we integrate with, including Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Airbnb, VRBO, OpenTable, Resy, Booking.com, BBB, Angi, Houzz, Thumbtack, Zomato, DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats. All platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service. When you connect a platform, you authenticate directly with that platform using OAuth. Replizer never receives, stores, or has access to your platform login credentials.
4. Statistics and Research Citations
Statistics cited on this website are sourced from third-party research organizations and publications. While we make every effort to cite accurately and link to primary sources, Replizer does not independently verify the underlying data or methodology of these studies. We provide citations for informational purposes and make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of third-party research to your specific business.
5. Auto-Generated Content
Replizer generates review reply suggestions automatically. Generated content may occasionally contain errors, inappropriate language, or inaccurate information. This is why every reply requires your explicit approval before posting. You should not rely on generated replies without reviewing them. Replizer is not liable for any generated content that you approve and post.
6. Coupon and QR Code Usage
Coupons generated through Replizer are promotional tools offered at your discretion. You are responsible for honoring any coupons you distribute through the platform. Replizer is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from coupon misuse, fraud, or unauthorized redemption. QR codes generated by Replizer link to third-party review platforms and Replizer has no control over the availability or functionality of those platforms.
7. Security and Breach Response
Replizer, LLC uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted token storage, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting, and anomaly detection. In the event of a security breach, Replizer will immediately revoke all platform access tokens system-wide, notify all affected businesses by email, and provide instructions for revoking Replizer's access directly from each platform's settings. Replizer provides safety controls including a one-click account freeze, reply rate limiting, reply notifications, and the ability to revoke all platform tokens at any time. Businesses are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication and monitor reply notifications.
8. Service Availability
Replizer, LLC provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Replizer, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Replizer, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or any reply content that you approve and post.
11. Intellectual Property and Patents
Replizer, the Replizer logo, and the Replizer platform are the property of Replizer, LLC. Certain features and methods used in the Replizer platform are the subject of one or more pending patent applications. Patent Pending. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Replizer's proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.
12. Loyalty Program Results
Replizer provides loyalty program tools — including points systems, tiered rewards, VIP memberships, gamification, and customer engagement features — but does not guarantee any specific results from their use. Results such as increased customer visits, increased revenue, improved retention rates, or higher customer satisfaction vary by business and depend on many factors outside of Replizer's control, including the quality of the business's products and services, the business's implementation of the loyalty program, local market conditions, and customer behavior. Past performance metrics or case studies referenced on this website are not guarantees of future results.
12A. Points and Rewards
All points, rewards, store credit, VIP membership benefits, prepaid passes, and other loyalty benefits are provided by the business, not Replizer. Replizer is a platform that facilitates these programs by providing the tools for businesses to create, manage, and track loyalty offerings. Replizer does not issue points, fund rewards, guarantee reward availability, or fulfill any loyalty benefit on behalf of any business. Any disputes regarding points, rewards, or loyalty benefits should be directed to the participating business.
12B. Benchmarking Data
Industry benchmark data presented within the Replizer platform or on this website is based on aggregated anonymized data from Replizer users and publicly available industry research from third-party sources. Benchmarks are approximate, are provided for informational purposes only, and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions. Replizer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of benchmark data to any specific business, industry, or market. Benchmark data may not reflect current conditions and is subject to change without notice.
12C. Weather-Triggered Promotions
Replizer offers features that allow businesses to trigger promotions based on local weather conditions. Weather data is sourced from third-party weather data providers. Replizer does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of weather data used to trigger promotions. Promotions triggered by weather conditions are the sole responsibility of the business. Replizer is not liable for promotions that are triggered or not triggered due to inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable weather data.
12D. Geofence Notifications
Replizer provides geofencing features that allow businesses to send proximity-based notifications to customers who have opted in to location services within the Replizer Rewards app. Proximity notifications depend on the customer's device settings, location accuracy, GPS signal quality, and network connectivity. Delivery of geofence notifications is not guaranteed. Replizer is not liable for notifications that are not delivered, are delivered late, or are delivered at incorrect locations due to device limitations, operating system restrictions, or third-party location service inaccuracies.
12E. Gamification
Badges, challenges, streaks, leaderboard positions, achievements, and other gamification elements provided through the Replizer platform have no monetary value and are provided for customer engagement purposes only. Gamification elements are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or any monetary equivalent unless a business explicitly chooses to associate a tangible reward with a specific gamification achievement. Replizer does not guarantee that gamification features will increase customer engagement, retention, or revenue. Leaderboard rankings and challenge completions are tracked by the platform but are not independently verified.
12F. Employee Management Tools
Performance metrics, clock-in and clock-out data, break tracking, task completion records, and other employee management data provided through Replizer are operational tools only and do not constitute official legal records for the purposes of labor law compliance, wage disputes, or regulatory audits. Businesses should maintain independent timekeeping and employment records to satisfy their legal and regulatory obligations. Replizer is not responsible for discrepancies between data recorded in the platform and actual employee work hours or performance.
12G. POS Data Accuracy
Transaction data received from third-party point-of-sale systems such as Square and Clover is provided to Replizer as-is. Replizer does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of POS transaction data. Replizer is not responsible for discrepancies between POS data displayed in the platform and actual transactions, sales totals, or inventory records. Businesses should not rely solely on Replizer for financial recordkeeping or tax reporting purposes.
12H. Phone and IVR System
Call recordings and voicemail recordings captured through Replizer's phone system features are provided as-is. Replizer does not guarantee recording quality, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of recording functionality. Recording failures may occur due to network conditions, call quality, or system limitations. The business is solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local call recording consent laws, including providing appropriate notice and obtaining required consent from call participants before recording.
12I. Chrome Extension Data
Review data collected through the Replizer Chrome extension is scraped from publicly visible pages on third-party review platforms. This data may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to changes made by the review platform after collection. Replizer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of data collected through the Chrome extension. Review platforms may modify their page structures at any time, which may temporarily affect data collection. The business is responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data collected through the extension before relying on it for business decisions.
12J. Reply Generation
Review reply suggestions generated by Replizer are automated drafts intended as starting points only. The business is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated replies before posting them to any review platform. Generated replies may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that does not reflect the business's intended tone or message. Replizer is not liable for any consequences arising from replies that the business approves and posts without adequate review.
