Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Cookies

Replizer uses only strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that identify individual users.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your login state as you navigate between pages. Preference cookies: These remember your settings and preferences (such as your selected plan or dashboard view) so you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies when you visit the checkout page to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not allow any other third parties to set cookies through our website.

5. Cookies We Do NOT Use

We do not use: advertising or retargeting cookies; social media tracking cookies; cross-site tracking cookies; or any cookies that sell or share your data with third parties.

5A. Employee App Cookies and Storage

The Replizer employee app uses session cookies for authentication to maintain your logged-in state while using the app. The app also uses localStorage to store user preferences such as display settings and dashboard view selections. These are strictly necessary for app functionality and do not track user activity across other websites or applications.

5B. Website Builder and Hosted Websites

Business websites built and hosted through Replizer's website builder tools may use analytics cookies or other tracking technologies configured by the business. Replizer does not control the cookie practices of individual business websites hosted on the platform. Each business is solely responsible for implementing appropriate cookie consent notices and disclosures on their own hosted website in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and ePrivacy requirements where applicable.

5C. Chrome Extension Storage

The Replizer Chrome extension uses chrome.storage (a browser extension storage mechanism, not a traditional cookie) to store authentication tokens that keep you connected to your Replizer account and usage counters for rate-limiting purposes. This data is stored locally within the browser extension environment and is not shared with third-party websites. You can clear this data by removing the Replizer Chrome extension from your browser.

6. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies or alert you when a cookie is being set. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from staying logged in to your Replizer account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we begin using any new categories of cookies, we will update this policy and notify you.
