Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Replizer platform. By using Replizer, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Replizer to: post false, misleading, or fabricated reviews or replies; impersonate another business or person; post replies on behalf of businesses you do not own or have written authorization to manage; harass, threaten, or defame any individual, including reviewers; post content that is discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to manipulate review platform algorithms or rankings through deceptive means; use Replizer to generate spam or bulk unsolicited content; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, proprietary models, prompts, or underlying structure of Replizer; scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated means to extract data or content from the Replizer platform; copy, replicate, or attempt to recreate any feature, function, or capability of the Replizer platform; use Replizer or its outputs to develop, train, or improve any competing product or service; access another user's account without authorization; share login credentials or access tokens with unauthorized third parties; circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls; or use Replizer for any purpose that violates applicable law.
3. Review Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Replizer complies with the terms of service of each review platform you connect. Replizer does not authorize or encourage any activity that violates third-party platform policies. If a platform restricts or suspends your account due to activity conducted through Replizer, Replizer is not liable.
4. Coupon and Promotion Guidelines
Coupons created through Replizer must represent genuine offers that you intend to honor. You may not create coupons with deceptive terms, hidden conditions, or expiration dates designed to mislead customers. You are solely responsible for all financial obligations arising from coupons you create and distribute, including but not limited to: the cost of discounts, free items, buy-one-get-one offers, and any other promotional value. You are responsible for controlling which employees and team members have the ability to create coupons in your account and for monitoring all coupon activity, including reviewing fraud alerts. All coupons have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. You must clearly communicate coupon terms, limitations, and expiration dates to your customers. Replizer is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers and bears no financial responsibility for coupon redemption. 5. Data and Privacy
You may not use Replizer to collect, store, or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents before connecting customer data to Replizer.
6. Fair Use
Replizer is designed for legitimate business review management. Excessive automated activity, abuse of API endpoints, or any use that degrades the service for other users may result in rate limiting or account suspension.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to contact@replizer.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Intellectual Property Violations
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or replicate the Replizer platform, its features, its generated content, or its underlying technology constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination, civil liability for damages (including lost profits and attorney’s fees), and referral to law enforcement. Replizer, LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use and will pursue all available legal remedies to protect its intellectual property.
8A. Employee App Usage
When using Replizer's employee management features, you may not: manipulate, falsify, or retroactively alter clock-in or clock-out records; falsify task completion status or performance data; use employee data collected through Replizer for discriminatory purposes or in violation of applicable employment laws; share employee performance data, location data, or time records with unauthorized third parties; or use employee monitoring features in a manner that violates applicable privacy or labor laws. Businesses are required to notify all employees about monitoring features — including clock-in/out tracking, geofenced location verification, task tracking, and performance measurement — before enabling those features for their workforce.
8B. Phone and IVR System Usage
When using Replizer's phone system features, you may not: record calls without obtaining proper consent as required by applicable federal, state, and local laws; use call recordings for harassment, intimidation, or any unlawful purpose; share call recordings or voicemail recordings with unauthorized third parties or outside of your business operations; use the phone system to make unsolicited robocalls, spam calls, or calls that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws; or tamper with or manipulate call recordings or metadata.
8C. Chrome Extension Usage
When using the Replizer Chrome extension, you may not: use the extension to collect data from review platforms where you do not have an active business listing or account; use data collected through the extension for spam, harassment, or any form of unsolicited contact with reviewers; redistribute, resell, or share scraped review data with third parties; use the extension in a manner that violates the terms of service of any review platform; or modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the extension's functionality.
8D. Free Reply Generator Usage
When using Replizer's free reply generator tool, you may not: use automated scripts, bots, or any programmatic means to access the reply generator; use the tool to generate replies for fake, fabricated, or non-existent reviews; submit false or misleading business information when using the tool; use generated replies without reviewing them for accuracy and appropriateness before posting to any review platform; or attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions placed on the free tool.
9. Enforcement
Replizer, LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning the user, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, pursuing civil litigation, seeking injunctive relief, and reporting activity to law enforcement. We may take these actions with or without notice at our sole discretion.
